FLY POINT AIRPORT HOTEL

We spent two comfortable days between flights at the hotel. The very friendly staff at the Fly Point Hotel did everything to make our stay as pleasant as possible, from advice on public transport to and from the city centre, tips on food and drinks in the area or just a casual chat over a cup of coffee, nothing was too much trouble. On top of that, the room was clean and tidy, the air conditioning and shower worked great and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Sincere thanks to all the staff for their excellent service. We would happily stay here again on our next visit to Istanbul.

What a brilliant find for a great price! Breakfast, typical Turkish style, basic but good, is included too. Very friendly and helpful staff. Check out is 12pm. I was kindly offered slightly longer due to my flight being in the evening but declined (I’m one of those nuts who loves airports 😂). I stayed one night inbetween flights. It’s within 15 minutes of the airport. I used the hotels shuttle at 45 euros return. Great communication and on time. It’s on a road with cafes, shops, restaurants etc. Very comfortable bed. Good size well equiped room. Clean. All very nicely done. The odd wear and tear visible but the overall look and standard overrides that completely. I had an issue with the air conditioner but when I informed front desk they were genuinely concerned I had this issue and wanted to to resolve it asap. It’s close to the airport so you do hear the planes fly over but not enough to disturb sleep. I would definitely use them again.

The hotel is located just 10–13 minutes from the airport, making it a perfect option for resting between connecting flights. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy. Excellent value for money — it's hard to find this level of service for such a low price. There was also an electric kettle with tea-making facilities and two complimentary bottles of water in the room, which was a nice touch.

It's a good hotel for a night at the airport. The triple room we stayed in was small but sufficient. There were other guests on the same floor (it's a small hotel with just a few rooms per floor) but we hardly noticed anything. Also the prayer invitations were not disturbing although there are several mosques nearby. Airplanes coming in to land overhead was the loudest noise and clearly audible. The room was warm (it was January) with apparently underfloor heating (no need to use the AC unit, no draft). Coffee, tea and water provided. Flexible transfer (we used the option provided by the hotel). The breakfast (not buffet) exceeded expectations (which were not high): it served the basic need. Restaurants and a few supermarkets nearby - useful as food prices at Istanbul airport are exorbitant. Helpful and friendly staff. Good beds and a working shower.

The location is fantastic (only 15mins from the departure drop off), and the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The rooms are small, but spotlessly clean, and make good use of the space.
